Reader Discretion: Today’s post has absolutely nothing to do with personal finance :P

I thought I would do a fun post today showing you all my entire nail polish collection! It’s not that big compared to others but I love my little collection! I divided the nail polishes by brands and will point out some of my favorites.

Essie

Without a doubt, Essie is my favorite brand. I just think by far they come out with trendier color collections than O.P.I. I also like that you can buy them at the drugstore as well as salon. My favorite Essie color would have to be the cult classic Mint Candy Apple. I love the “sparkly ring finger look” and the pink sparkles A Cut Above  is the best one on the market. Cute as a Button is described as a “juicy persimmon delight”. I just call it a beautiful strawberryish coral pink. Prettiest color for spring!

O.P.I

O.P.I is famous for their wide brush which makes for easy application. Their overall collection is also much bigger than Essie since they have been around a lot longer. Of course, my favorite O.P.I color is the cult classic Lincoln Park After Dark. From far away, the color looks almost black, but upon closer inspection, it’s this gorgeous dark eggplant plum.

Sephora by O.P.I

Metro Chic is described as “an opaque dark smoke with a hint of purple”. I think it makes a neutral color edgy and fun because it’s a greyish/purplish taupe depending on the light.

Revlon

Revlon

I’m not the biggest fan of drugstore nail polish brands so that’s why I only have 3. I have to admit in the last few years, drugstore brands, especially Revlon have really stepped up their game though.

My whole collection!

My whole collection!

That’s the whole collection in one shot! Not too big, but I know it’s much too big for someone who is serious about paying off her debt. I haven’t bought any new polishes in a long time and I don’t feel tempted or plan to buy anymore, anytime in the near future. For once, I am happy with what I have ;)

Hope you all enjoy this fun beauty post!
